The mission of Applied Life Leaders Academy is to provide an environment where the development of the whole person is made possible as Leaders learn to apply the Word of God to their daily lives.

We Believe
Leaders Academy falls under the cover of Christian Ministries Church.
Christian Ministries Church is a non-denominational Charismatic Church focused on making a positive impact upon the city of Hot Springs and the surrounding area by creating a church atmosphere where all individuals and families can grow in faith and discover God’s plan for their lives. We are also dedicated to serve as a Christian outreach by helping the nation’s experience “God’s Love” which comes from faith in Jesus Christ and obedience to the Holy Spirit.
The Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. Salvation has been provided and is available for all people through Jesus Christ. Through His sacrifice on the cross, we can die to our sinful nature and be born again to a new life of purity and power.
Water Baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for Him. He provides the power to live a sanctified and holy life, and to be effective in service to God.
The Priesthood of the Believer: We believe that every believer has a unique relationship with the Lord. As His children, every Christian has immediate access to the throne of Grace and the ability to manifest the power of the Lord Jesus Christ in ministry (1 Peter 2:9).
Evangelism: We believe that evangelism is the obligation of every follower of Jesus Christ. The Lord commands us to go and make disciples in all the earth. We believe that each person is responsible to first evangelize their own family, then their community, and then the world, as the Holy Spirit leads them and gives them the ability. (Matthew 28:18-20)
