A love and passion for God are first and foremost but it will take discipline and commitment to achieve growth. Leaders Academy promotes these basic guidelines during your time here:

• Leaders Academy understands the powerful influence of media. For that reason, to achieve the commitment of personal growth and spiritual transformation, interns choose to set aside secular television and secular music, as well as refrain from watching movies that carry an R rating or that are in opposition to a believers core values.
• As a leader, you will commit to maintain godly relationships with the opposite sex. All interns choose to set aside romantic relationships during their first 9-month track.
• Knowing that our body is considered the abiding place of God’s Spirit, each intern will honor God with their body. Any stimulant such as alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, or substance that alters your ability to control your body is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of inappropriate sexual behavior, which includes but is not limited to pornography, is restricted.
